Antidote Design - Return Policy

At Antidote Design, we are committed to providing high-quality 3D design services for custom trade show exhibits and museum displays. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services, and we have established the following return policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.

14-Day Refund Policy:

1. Design Work Not Yet Started:

   • If you have paid for our 3D design services but work has not yet commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
   • You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of payment.
   • To initiate the refund process, please contact us at joshua@antidotedezine.com with your refund request.

2. Design Work Already Started:

   • Once work on your project has begun, the initial payment can no longer be refunded.
   • We are committed to delivering the best results, and we will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction during the design process.
   • If you have concerns or require adjustments during the project, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund for design work that has not yet started, please email us at joshua@antidotedezine.com within 14 days of your payment. Include your payment details and the reason for the refund request. We will process your refund in a timely manner.
