14-Day Refund Policy:

  1. Design Work Not Yet Started:

    • If you have paid for our 3D design services but work has not yet commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of payment.
    • To initiate the refund process, please contact us at joshua@antidotedezine.com with your refund request.
  2. Design Work Already Started:

    • Once work on your project has begun, the initial payment can no longer be refunded.
    • We are committed to delivering the best results, and we will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction during the design process.
    • If you have concerns or require adjustments during the project, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund for design work that has not yet started, please email us at joshua@antidotedezine.com within 14 days of your payment. Include your payment details and the reason for the refund request. We will process your refund in a timely manner.
